Delete your Cinematico account
This page deletes the account you created in the Cinematico app, published by MediaFan Group Inc. You do not need the app installed. Enter the email address of the account, type the code we send to it, and the account is erased. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your account is deleted
Your profile and everything tied to it are gone. If the app is still installed, sign out or uninstall it. A Premium subscription, if you had one, is managed by the App Store or Google Play and stays until you cancel it there.
Before you start
- Cancel Premium first. Deleting the account does not cancel a Premium subscription: the App Store or Google Play bills it, so cancel it in the store's subscription settings. While a subscription is still renewing, the deletion is refused until it is cancelled.
- Download nothing you want to keep. Your reviews, ratings and bookmarks cannot be recovered once the account is gone.
- Prefer the app? Open the Profile tab, then Settings, then Delete Account. It asks for your password instead of a code and does the same thing.
What is deleted
Everything the account holds is erased from our systems at once:
- Your profile: username, email address, name, location, bio and social links
- Your comments and reviews, and the likes on them
- Your ratings, likes, bookmarks and watched marks on films, series, people and articles
- The genres you follow
- Your sign-in sessions on every device
- Your usage record: the pages you opened and the actions you took
- Your subscription record, including the purchase history kept by our billing provider
Average ratings shown on films and people are recalculated without your votes. Reply counts and other totals shrink accordingly.
What we keep
- A record of the deletion request itself: the email address, the time, and the network address it came from. We keep it for 90 days to answer questions about the deletion and to detect abuse, then it is removed.
- Purchase receipts held by Apple or Google under their own policies. We have no access to delete those.
- Anything we are legally required to retain, as described in the privacy policy.
How it works
- Enter the email address of your account and ask for a code.
- Open the email we send and enter the six-digit code here within 15 minutes.
- Confirm. The account and its data are erased immediately.
Having trouble? Write to support@cinematico.com from the account's email address and we will delete it for you.
